HAAC Limited has been successfully providing comprehensive IT requirements to businesses, the education sector and individual home users since 2002. The company is directly appointed by over twenty leading insurance companies within the UK and has contracts with worldwide IT trade distributors and manufacturers including Toshiba.
Brief
HAAC Limited approached Website Express with an outdated website that had no content management capability making it difficult and expensive to maintain. The company wanted a professional content managed website to match their market position. HAAC also required the development of an extranet that would allow insurance companies to add repair jobs, and individual claimants to check the status and progress of their repairs and claims. The resulting functionality needed to be very intuitive and fully integrated into the new CMS website.
Design
The site design for HAAC was created from the ground up and was specifically designed to match the company's professional image. A clean, bold design was selected which would effectively lay out their wide range of services to industry and the general public. The claims logging extranet was built as an integral part of the site and is therefore consistent with the site design.
Outcome
The HAAC website promotes the company's wide range of services in a prominent and professional manner, giving plenty of room to describe each service in detail. All sections of the site from services to latest news are fully content managed, meaning that HAAC can update the site frequently and easily. The claims logging extranet is fully integrated into the site and features automated email alerts advising clients and customers of changes to the status of a job. All emails are fully branded with the site design.
