Requirements and solution

The company needed their website to not only represent their business as a professional repairer of IT equipment, it also wanted the site to act as a management tool for the throughput of work. Website Express developed a system within the site that enables the Haac team to create and track a claim from start to finish. By embedding this within the website infrastructure, it was also possible to provide clients with an update on the status of their claim, at key stages.

Clients also get access to a portal, providing them with a clear report of the status of all live claims; thus effectively automating the client update process.
