Selftrade’s new owners expect to develop the business based on customer feedback. Hence, a flexible platform was essential, in order to cope with development that simply could not be planned in any great detail at the point the initial site was developed.
The key for Selftrade was a web portal that looked fresh and new, yet pulled together essential third party information such as real-time share prices and stock trading; historical performance data across a range of financial products; and continued to provide a platform for customers to debate and comment.
