Website Express recognised as an Investor in People
Cardiff-based Website Express, a leading Drupal development agency has been awarded accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management.
Website Express was formed in 2008, when a group of young IT professionals came together to start delivering better web services, for companies in Wales and the south west of England.
Today, Website Express is based in Cardiff, delivering sites for clients from around the world, in many languages. Their client base includes small and large organisations, from business, education and third sector organisations.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.
Website Express first achieved accreditation against the Investors in People Standard in 2012 and following reevaluation this year by The UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES) will have maintained this standard from 2012 - 2019.
